Until March of this year, the customer sent an email to us and said that he would plan to order 1 FCL trichloroisocyanuric acid (TCCA). But he needs to apply for an import license first. We actively cooperate with customers to provide some relevant information. Finally, the customer successfully applied for the import license in May, and in June he placed an order 1 FCL TCCA.
During the production process of the goods, we always keep in touch with customers and confirm the labels and other matters. After the production of the goods is completed, we send photos and photos of the later packing of the goods to him. Finally, we shipped to the customer’s destination port at the end of June.
